Free Opera Tickets For Young People

Korn/Ferry Opera Holland Park is pleased to continue its popular Free Tickets Scheme in 2008 with 1,200 tickets available to young people aged between 9 and 18, free of charge. This scheme is made possible by the generous support The Trustees of the Kensington Phillimore Estate, Associated Newspapers, The Friends of Opera Holland Park and Carntyne Scholarships.

The Free Tickets Scheme aims to introduce as many young people as possible to the world of opera and give them the chance to get to grips with the unknown. Past experience has shown that the scheme has proved hugely popular and is as rewarding for the company as it is for those who take up the offer!

The season runs from June 3 – August 9 with free seats available for all 2008 productions. Applications for tickets will be processed from April 7 onwards. To apply, please contact the Opera Holland Park Box Office on 0845 230 9769.

Successful applicants will be sent a letter of confirmation along with an information pack and brief questionnaire. Questionnaires should then be presented on the night of the production in exchange for tickets.

Please note: A maximum of two tickets for 9-18 year olds allowed per application. One adult ticket also permitted to accompany children under the age of 16. Proof of age will be required before tickets can be issued.
