Parking Operations has now moved from Young Street:

• personal visits will continue to be processed at the Customer Service Centre at the Kensington Town Hall with no change to the opening hours or contact numbers
• all post (excluding permits) should be addressed to Parking Operations, Annexe Building, Council Offices, Pembroke Road W8 6LZ
