Abstract: The Kensington and Chelsea Community Safety Conference 2008. Whilst most young people have no involvement with crime and antisocial behaviour, there are some who become victims and a few who are perpetrators.The conference will seek to put the issue of crime and young people into context both locally and nationally. Speakers will include two members of the Youth Justice Board, the Kensington and Chelsea Borough Commander and several young people from Kensington and Chelsea.
