Clearings, Draft Planning Brief

Supplementary Planning Document

The Clearings draft planning brief is a Supplementary Planning document (SPD). Based on policies contained in the Royal borough’s unitary Development Plan (UDP), it provides guidance on the planning and design of the Clearings site in Draycott Avenue, Chelsea, setting out the principles that should shape the function and appearance of the development and ensure its integration within the local townscape.

The draft planning brief was consulted upon during an eight week period, beginning Monday 16 July and ending Monday 10 September 2007. The consultation period has now ended and we are currently analysing the responses received. Thank you very much for your representations.
