Within 5 months of the date of this permission, the rear extension shall be completed in accordance with the drawings hereby approved.
Reason - To ensure the removal of the existing unsympathetic alterations and to preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area to comply with policies CL1, CL2 and CL3 of the Core Strategy.

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on submitted plans, (C068)
Reason - The details are considered to be material to the acceptability of the proposals, and for safeguarding the amenity of the area. (R068)

The southern section of the extension hereby permitted shall be of brick construction and shall be finished to match the existing original work in respect of material, colour, texture, and profile and, in the case of brickwork, facebond and pointing. (C071)
