Demolition Notice
In addition to Building Regulations approvals, if you propose to
demolish a building in the Royal Borough, section 80 of the
Building Act 1984 requires you to submit a demolition
notice.
Please email building.control@rbkc.gov.uk
to request a demolition notice. You will need to
include a site plan and a detailed method statement of the
proposed works in your email.
