Core Strategy Evidence Base Documents

The Core Strategy is supported by a number of evidence base documents that the Council has had to refer to in preparing the Core Planning Strategy. These documents will accompany the Submission Core Strategy and will be submitted to the Secretary of State for the purposes of Public Examination.

The evidence base documents are listed under each of the relevant sections of the Core Strategy. There will be some duplication because a number of documents are relevant to more than one section.

Please be aware that some documents are awaiting final approval and will be added to the website once this process is completed.
