New cabinet announced

Councillor Merrick Cockell was re-elected as Leader of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea at last night's (Wednesday 26 May) Annual General Meeting of the Council.
One of Cllr Cockell's first duties was to nominate his Cabinet for the municipal year.
The new, smaller Cabinet sees Councillor Mrs Elizabeth Campbell take on the portfolio for Education and Libraries from Councillor James Husband who was elected as the borough's Mayor.
Former Mayor, Councillor Timothy Coleridge, returns to the Cabinet with the portfolio for Housing and Property.
Councillor Warwick Lightfoot has changed his portfolio from Community Safety to that of Cabinet Member for Finance and IT and Councillor Tim Ahern becomes Cabinet Member for Civil Society.
