Learn a new skill as part of Adult Learners' Week

Have you ever wanted to master a Highland jig or learn French?

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is organising a series of events to help adults discover a new skill as part of Adult Learners' Week, which runs from Saturday 12 May until Friday 18 May.

A diverse and wide range of fun classes and events are being run by the Council's library service including:

French for beginners, North Kensington Library, Monday 14 May - 10am to 12pm
lip reading, North Kensington Library ,Tuesday 15 May -10.30am to 12.30pm
poetry workshop with Neal Zetter, Kensington Central Library, Monday 14 May - 2pm to 4pm
hand sewing workshop, Brompton Library, Wednesday 16 May - 2pm to 4.30pm
Scottish country dancing workshop, Kensington Central Library, Thursday 17 May - 2pm to 3pm and 3.15pm to 4.15pm
coffee morning with Open Age, North Kensington Library, 18 May - 10.30am to 12.30pm
how to use skype, North Kensington Library, Friday 18 May - 2pm to 4pm
CV workshop, Kensington Central Library, Friday 18 May - 1pm to 5pm.
