A young mum from Chelsea, Harmony Vasadidi-Ladi addressed over 250 guests, including HRH the Duke of Edinburgh, at an anniversary dinner at Windsor Castle about her experiences and challenges undertaking her Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award. Harmony who, with four other young mothers from the borough, raised over £18,000 to fund their Duke of Edinburgh Award Gold expedition to Holland.

Harmony along with Emily Mailes, Laura Pham, Rennice Mitchell and Hayley Anglim were the first young mums to complete their Gold Exhibition with their children in tow, quite literally, as they cycled around Holland.

Speaking after the diner Harmony said, "Going to Windsor Castle, meeting the Duke of Edinburgh and talking in front of all the guests was one of the best experiences of my life."

Cllr Elizabeth Campbell, Cabinet Member for Family and Children's Services, said: "I am sure that speaking to so many people, including the Duke of Edinburgh, would be quite a daunting prospect but I also know that young people, like Harmony, who have completed their Gold Award are ready to take on many challenges."
