A level success for Cardinal Vaughan students

Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School celebrated excellent A level results today (Thursday 16 August).

Passes at grades A* to B were 83 per cent, up from 82 per cent in 2011 and well above the national average of 52 per cent.

The percentage of pupils getting grades A* to C is 97 per cent, up from 94 per cent last year and above this year's national average of 76 per cent.

Councillor Elizabeth Campbell, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's Cabinet Member for Family and Children's Services, said: "Yet again Cardinal Vaughan School has excelled in its A level results. I congratulate the pupils and staff for all the hard work that goes into delivering such impressive results."
