Fault reporting

To report urgent problems please telephone Streetline on 020 7361 3001 during office hours or 020 7373 6099 outside office hours.

All faults are dealt with individually so you can only report one problem at a time.

• Broken pavements
• Fraud reporting

Parks

To report any problem in the Royal Borough's parks, please use the Parks Fault Report Form.

To report a water leak in the street, please contact Thames Water on 0800 714 614, or report it on the Thames Water website.

To report faults with traffic lights visit the Transport for London website.
