Sloane Street

Sloane Street improvements

Sloane Street is one of the best places to live, work and shop in London.

A major improvement programme began in January 2023, funded by Cadogan, in partnership with the Council who will be implementing the improvements. This is due to be completed by December 2024.

To find out more about the programme visit Future Sloane Street website where you will also have the opportunity to subscribe to a residents newsletter.

For enquiries regarding the works, please contact FM Conway’s Public Liaison Officers Helen McConnell and Cate Green at [email protected] or on 07917 518 529 and 07443 077 444.

The improvements will include:

  • resurfacing and widening pavements using high quality traditional materials such as York Stone
  • making the street greener with over one hundred new trees and planters
  • installing traffic calming measures and increasing crossing points
  • installing new street furniture and lighting
  • providing residents and businesses with better connectivity through upgraded broadband connection
  • Removing ‘street clutter’ including redundant service boxes and signposts.

Improvement scheme

We are making extensive improvements to Sloane Street that will benefit everyone who lives, works and visits here.

Earlier this year we approved the final design for the improvement scheme. Works will begin late 2019.
