The Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010.

In accordance with Regulation 12(1) of the Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010, Notice is hereby given that the Council has fixed by means of its Building Regulation Charges Scheme No 4, 2012, charges in connection with the performance of its functions relating to Building Regulations

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Building Regulation Charges Scheme No 4, 2012 comes into effect on 1 October 2012.
