Demolition notice
If you propose to demolish a building in the Royal Borough of
Kensington and Chelsea, section 80 of the Building Act 1984 may
require you to submit a demolition notice (please check the
details listed in the notice to view exemptions under the
act).
Please complete the demolition notice and include in your
submission to the department a copy of the site plan.
There is a £105 charge for submission of the demolition
notice.
