New App from Connexions

 

get Connexed logoCentral London Connexions have launched a new ‘Get Connex’d’ app for young people! It’s available on all mobile phones which have Internet access and it’s free! Find out information on choices for under and over 16 year olds, search for jobs, events in the local area, apprenticeships and volunteering, college information, cv and interview tips, and personal and money matters.

Visit Get Connexed and register onto the app, and receive updates on any of those areas.

New Deal

If you're aged between 18 and 24 and have been claiming Jobseeker's Allowance for six months or more, New Deal can give you the chance to gain new skills and experience, helping you off benefits and into work.

16-17 Activities Agreement

If you've been out of education, training or work for three months or more, you could get access to courses, work experience and a dedicated personal adviser. Plus a £30 weekly allowance.
