Health Room K and C

Health Room K and C is a free and confidential service for 13 to 19 year olds.

Health Room K and C gives you access to information advice and guidance around a range of issues affecting your health including; sexual health (including STI testing and contraception), relationships, stopping smoking, accreditation, sports and physical health and more.

The Health Room is at the new Connexions Centre at Lancaster Youth Centre where you can book by popping in or calling 020 7221 2197.

Being healthy means...

Letters spelling healthLooking after yourself and your health. For young people this includes:

  • keeping fit and doing exercise
  • eating a balanced diet and eating healthy options – aiming to eat five pieces of fruit and vegetables a day
  • looking after your emotional and mental health and reducing your stress levels
  • not smoking or drinking alcohol
