If you need help and would like to talk to a personal advisor from Connexions, you can email them using this form.  You'll get an answer on any topic and it's confidential as well.

If you don’t live, work or study in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea you can visit the Connexions Direct website to find your local services.

The Connexions Centre will reply to any email address, telephone number or address chosen by you. Remember that if you contact them out of hours they will contact you as soon as they return to the office. Generally the personal advisors at the centre will try and contact you within two working days.  If Connexions can't help they will put you in touch with someone who can.
