The Executive Director has AGREED to approve:
(i) The award of the contract for delivery of urgent fire safety works at 14 Colville Square to Seville Developments Ltd. (company number 05543266); against a contract period of 16 weeks, for a contract value of £447,796.04 (excluding VAT), in line with the Project Union Framework Construction Works Lot 1 capped rates.
(ii) A client-held contingency as set out in the exempt (Part B) appendix.
