Consultation process
Residents of 14 Colville Square have been engaged on the project via written correspondence issued on 27th June 2024, this engagement also advised residents that that condition surveys were planned and would be undertaken by appointed consultants.
Further correspondence and engagement will be held with residents and Ward Councillors (Cllr Mohammed Bakhtiar, Cllr Toby Benton and Cllr Dahabo Isse) including a planned communication to be issued in September 2024 to confirm the outcome of the condition surveys and the latest forecasted project timeline.
