The refreshed Council Plan Action Plan gives an overview of what we will do to deliver the Council Plan over the final two years of the Council Plan, highlighting the key things that will be delivered in that time.

Consultation process

Through Council Plan engagement we spoke to over 1,000 residents and partners across the borough. This includes our Grenfell Legacy conversations, Let’s Talk K&C campaign and formal consultation survey. There has also been further recent engagement through the current Fairer Action Plan survey which received over 400 responses. All of these engagement activities have informed the Council Plan and in turn the key priorities in the Council Plan Action Plan. 

 

Scrutiny Comments: The Council Action Plan will be circulated to the Overivew and Scrutiny Committee for comment.
