Consultation process

Residents of Lancaster West Estate have and continue to be consulted significantly on the refurbishment of their homes. This has included Open House events to gain feedback on internal refurbishment plans, and prioritisation workshops to identify residents’ top priorities for their block’s refurbishment, which included the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms in residents’ Top 10 priorities for every block.

Ward Councillors have been informed about this project via the Lancaster West refurbishment programme board. The Lancaster West Residents Association has been consulted, both informally and formally also via the Programme Board.
