Scrutiny Comments: Housing and Communities Select Committee received a report on 28 November 2023 on an update on the development of the Council’s Housing Revenue Account Business Plan, as the final report was not available. The Committee resolved to hold an extraordinary meeting to scrutinise the HRA prior to the Leadership Team meeting on 7 February 2024. Date: TBC.
