From 11-24 November, destinations around Kensington and Chelsea will host free workshops, talks and events for entrepreneurs and residents of all ages for Into Enterprise.

This year for the first time, what was previously the Council's Entreprenuership Week is being extended from a one-week programme to a full fortnight, Into Enterprise, as part of the Council’s plans to boost awareness or business support services and enterprise opportunities in the local area.

Week One features a free, five-day course from the international PopUp Business School will offer a free course with practical advice and workshops for starting and running a business, hosted at the Museum of Brands (W11 1QT). The course includes how to start a business fast and for free, advice on marketing and sales tactics, legal information for dealing with accounting and tax, and technical tips on building a website and online payment.

Week Two, which runs in tandem with Global Entrepreneurship Week, will see a programme of events, one-to-one sessions and workshops hosted by the Council’s partners, for people of all ages, from schoolchildren to over-65s. Attendees can hear talks, including by Glenn Manoff, Senior VP of Brand & Communications at Trustpilot, and get advice on a wide range of subjects, including on how to become a market or Carnival trader.

Into Enterprise was launched on Monday 11 November at an inaugural event at Museum of Brands with the Mayor, Cllr Will Pascal, CEO of Museum of Brands, Chris Griffin, and Liam Sibley from Pop Up Business School.
