Consultation process
Initial written consultation letters were sent out on 13 March 2024 alerting all residents of the planned surveys and proposed works. The consultation requested feedback and recommendations on current state of repair to their residential properties.
Section 20 Leaseholder Consultation - Stages 1 and 2 (Notice of Intention and Notice of Proposal) consultations for the Borough-Wide Consultancy Framework Agreement have already been completed at the main Framework tendering and award stages. A Schedule 3 consultation (Notice of Estimate) will be issued to leaseholders once the framework call-off appointment is in the final proposal stage.
