Volunteering with City Living Local Life

City Living, Local life
Get involved with City Living, Local Life!

City Living, Local Life supports people to develop practical solutions that make their area better places to live, from improving local green spaces to new activities for local residents. There are lots of projects happening already, and a small amount of funding is available to support new ideas. If you have an idea or would like to see what's going on where you live, visit www.citylivinglocallife.org.

As well as supporting people to start something good in their local area there are other ways to get involved with City Living, Local Life and play an active role in the Royal Borough...

Become a Community Reporter

Want to champion where you live, promote what's going on in your community, attend events around Kensington and Chelsea or write about local life past and present?

Have an interest in writing, photography, video production or want to develop your talents?

If so, we are looking for residents who would like to contribute a range of articles for our Community Noticeboard and monthly Community Cuppa e-newsletter that reaches over 1800 local residents, community groups and organisations.

For more information and to chat about the role, please email locallife@rbkc.gov.uk  or telephone 020 7361 4633.

City Living, Local Life Champions

Help your local community access support for their ideas on how to improve their local area!

Since launching in 2011, City Living, Local Life has enabled residents across Kensington and Chelsea to shape their neighbourhoods and we are looking for local people to help raise awareness and get involved in supporting and delivering local projects.

We are looking for people who are interested in spreading the word, getting involved in planning ward priorities and running City Living, Local Life events alongside the team.

For more information and to chat about the role, please email locallife@rbkc.gov.uk or telephone 020 7361 4633.
