Notes |
Community statutory mental health services are organised into Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs). These teams are responsible for the care and treatment of people with severe and enduring mental health problems who are living in the community.
They are also responsible for some of the care should you need to go into hospital.
The CMHTs are multi-disciplinary. This means that the team is made up of a group of mental health workers from different professions.
