Services:
The Planning Information Office provides advice to all users of the service, including pre-application advice for developers, architects and residents. The service is primarily concerned with the processing of planning and listed building applications in accordance with the Policy in the Council's UDP. It also investigates enforcement complaints and supports the Council's position on appeals to central government. |
