Notes |
There are three primary housing services to vulnerable residents:
Access to supported housing Placements
Tenancy Support Services for residents whose tenancies are at risk
Outreach services for rough sleepers and those involved with street population activities.
All services require completion of a referral form and in some cases require the resident to have a key worker or Social Worker involved in their case to access certain services.
