Listening Forum

Information about how to raise sugegstions, issues or concerns at a listening forum.

We will be holding a Listening Forum in a different area of the borough each month to hear what you have to say about issues that matter to you and your local area.

At these events you will be able to raise any suggestions, issues or concerns directly with members of the Leadership Team. The Leadership Team will respond on the night, and if more information is required, will follow-up with a detailed response in writing.

Venues and timings of the Listening Forum will be publicised at least 2 weeks in advance of each meeting here on the website and on Kensington and Chelsea social media pages; Twitter and Facebook.

With your input, we will be regularly reviewing and improving the Listening Forum.

All residents are welcome to attend any of the Listening Forum events. If there is anything we should know to help us accommodate your participation, or if you want to share with us your topic or question in advance to help us in responding to you at the event, please email governance@rbkc.gov.uk.

Data protection notice The information you have provided to us will only be used to help provide a response to any questions you wish to raise at the Listening Forum or to help meet your requirements. The data we collect will be deleted within 6 months.

Your information will only be used for the intended purpose, we will not collect any additional information about you, and we will not share your data with other Council departments and/or external organisations unless it is required to accommodate the request you have outlined in this form. If we intend to use your information for any other purpose, we will normally ask you first. In some cases, the Council may use your information for another purpose if it has a legal duty to do so, to provide a complete service to you, or if there is a risk of serious harm or threat to life. The data we collect will be deleted within 6 months.
