We no longer remove graffiti from commercial premises.

We offer a complimentary graffiti and fly-poster removal service to residents of private properties where the graffiti or posters:

  • front the highway
  • are at ground floor level, and
  • permission has been secured from the owner or managing agent

Owners and managing agents must complete and return the consent form below, and return it to us at: graffiti@rbkc.gov.uk

We will remove graffiti and fly-posters from Council owned street furniture such as:

  • lamp columns
  • traffic lights
  • street name plates
  • directional signs
  • bollards
  • benches or litter bins

For us to deal with the problem it is extremely important that we have the exact address (or nearest address if the graffiti/posters are on street furniture).

To help us find the exact location of the graffiti or fly-posters at the above address please provide further detail. For example, on white painted side wall, on metal shop roller shutters, on lamp post, and so on.

Data Protection

Any information you provide will be used by the Council for the purpose of dealing with this report and will not be disclosed to the public. This information may be provided to organisations working on behalf of the Council to rectify the problem.
