This entry was submitted by dementia adviser and borough resident Mandy Andrews on behalf of Age UK Kensington and Chelsea. Age UK hosts two memory cafés a month for people living in RBKC living with dementia. At the April memory cafés, members made Happy Jubilee cards to send to the Queen. The Dementia Support team thought they were so amazing that they wanted to show them to a wider audience.
