Events at The Curve

Events and Activities

We are excited to welcome you back to the Curve community centre and hope you have all been keeping well and are ready to return to see us and join in with the activities on offer.  We are pleased to share with you that the Curve is now offering additional activities on our premises from Monday 17th May 2021 in accordance with the most recent Government guidelines.

We are providing more onsite activities and for a little while longer we will continue to provide some online activity for those who are still taking precautions and prefer to join us online.

It is our aim to have a wide range of activities including family exercise classes, cooking classes, educational classes, and many more giving residents as many opportunities as possible to learn and enjoy.

We have teamed up with colleagues to support them in ‘Community Conversations’ with local residents. Please view the details below and come along!

Please take a look at the in house and online programme of activities available below.

COVID safety

We are taking all precautions to maintain Covid safety on the premises and will support all visitors and service users with this.  Please ensure you maintain social distancing, wear a face mask and adhere to the guidance provided by staff.  Please note that upon arrival you will be advised by a staff member on how to keep yourself and others safe in the building.

As the restrictions ease further in accordance with Government advice, more services will resume onsite and we will continue to provide updates.

In order to safely manage services and activities we may have to limit numbers and ask you to register in advance, please check in advance.

The gym

The gym remains closed for now whilst we carry out internal safety measures and organise individual safety inductions to take place. We will continue to update you further.
