Change4Life – help your family stay active and healthy
Working with local organisations, Change4Life Kensington and Chelsea supports children, young people and families and aims to make it easier for children and young people to eat well and be active.
Children are recommended to be physically active for at least 60 minutes each day. This has been hard during lockdown, but with the easing of the rules, you can now go outdoors with your family and be more physically active while social distancing and having fun.
