Change4Life Kensington and Chelsea

Grant Scheme

Change4Life

The Change4Life Award and Grant funds and supports voluntary and community settings (such as libraries, charities, faith groups and family hubs) to deliver projects which support children, young people and their families to eat well, move more and feel good in Kensington and Chelsea.

If you are a school or an early year setting, we encourage you to apply for a Change4Life Grant through the Healthy Schools Award or Healthy Early Years Award pathway. For more information, please visit Health Education Partnership.

Eligibility

Eligible organisations can apply for up to £1,000 to help implement a project that aims to promote healthier lifestyles. Organisations must be a UK VAT registered charity or a community interest company.

Priority will be given to activities that reach children and families most at risk of inactivity and poor health.

The Change4Life Award and Grant have supported activities such as summer sports clubs, outdoor family events, buggy walks, forest school, parent workshops, cookery classes, gardening and more. We look forward to supporting new, fun, and innovative ideas.
