Housing Management Cleaning Contract Survey

Tell us what you want from your estates cleaning contract

The Council’s cleaning contract with OCS Services Ltd is due for review before the five-year term ends in September 2021. The Housing Management service will be reviewing options for cleaning services this autumn.

Residents are invited to take part in the review of the current services by completing the cleaning services survey online.  Your views will help us identify priorities for service improvement and shape the way these services are delivered.

The survey will be available online until 1 November 2020. You can request a paper copy to complete and return no later than this date.

Other ways to get involved are to make a request to join a resident steering group. This is set up to reflect on the current quality of the cleaning service and achieving greater value for money. Alternatively make a request to receive briefings and meeting updates as the review progresses.
