All work in the schedule is provisional and subject to the budget being available. Before any work begins we will need to carry out a detailed property survey, so start dates could change and the programme is constantly being updated.
We will consult with residents and provide more detailed information before work begins on any home.
If your address is not listed it means that no work is currently planned for the next five years or the type of work listed here does not apply to your home, for example not all blocks have lifts or central boiler systems.
Cyclical programme: includes painting, roofs, windows and walls. Work will only be carried out if required, so for example when scheduled painting takes place the windows would only be replaced or upgraded if required.
Kitchens and bathrooms: also includes radiators and electrical works where needed.
Lancaster West Estate
Work on the Estate will be managed by the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team. We will make more detailed plans available as soon as we can.
Fire doors: once we are confident that the fire door sets we intend to install have been rigorously tested, we will be able to begin our fire door replacement programme as part of our commitment to improving fire safety for residents. This will include planned replacement of entrance doors to flats and any front entrance doors or communal doors that are found to need replacement following fire risk assessments and London Fire Brigade inspections.
