On 1 April 2019 the Council took direct control of housing repairs and maintenance from Repairs Direct. Staff from Repairs Direct transferred across to the Council to join a new repairs service. We are planning a number of improvements over the coming months so that we can deliver a high quality and responsive service to our residents.
