Housing Management
On 1 March 2018, the Council took over the management of its homes from Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (the TMO). On 1 April 2019 the Council took direct control of housing repairs and maintenance from Repairs Direct. Staff from Repairs Direct transferred across to the Council to join a new repairs service.
