Public HMO register
The Housing Act 2004 requires every local authority to maintain a public register of properties licensed under the Act. Together with any Temporary Exemption Notices served or any Interim/Final Management Orders.
All licenses issued under RBKC’s licensing scheme can be viewed on the register.
The register is updated as we issue licences and therefore applications that are currently being processed will not appear. For queries relating to the HMO register please contact our team at [email protected].
