Change4Life Service

Public Health commission the Change4Life Service to support children, young people and their families across Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster to be healthy and happy in the communities where they live, learn and play.

The service encourages expectant parents, children and young people aged 0-19 (or 25 years for young people with special educational needs or disabilities – SEND), and their families to eat well, keep active and feel good. It offers free clubs, coaching, workforce training, health promotion outreach and advice.
