Our school, situated in the heart of Portobello Road, is a stimulating, diverse and friendly place that is dedicated to the success of our children. Our staff and governors work together to ensure our pupils make outstanding progress and attain high standards.

We provide day care from the age of 6 months through to 2 and a half years old for up to six children (7.30am-5.15pm). Our nursery offers places for up to 60 children for children age 3 to four years old. Children can start during the the term in which they turn 3. The core day is 8.50am to 3.10pm. Wraparound care is organised by our staff team (7.45am to 6pm).

Our extended day at Colville Primary School is run and organised by the school. Places must be pre-booked and paid on our payment system through 'My Child at School' prior to the day.
Before School Extended Day starts 7.45am. Breakfast is served between 7.50am and 8.15am. Children are provided with low sugar cereals or whole wheat bagels, fresh fruit and water which is included within the charge. They then take part in different activities. At 8.45am children go to class.
Nursery and Reception £4.40 per session and Years 1 to 6 £2.50 per session.
After school club: Yes
Between 3.30-5.45pm we offer a selection of clubs including 'extended day club'.
Children staying to a club or the extended day should bring a healthy snack from home to have in school at 3.15pm. This might be some veggies cut up or fruit to have with their water.
Nursery, Reception:
3.15pm to 4.30pm Half Session 1 £11
4.30pm-5.45pm Half sessions £12 with a snack
Year 1-6:
3.15pm to 4.30pm Half Session 1 £6.50
4.30pm to 5.45pm Half Session 2 £7.00 with a light meal which includes fresh fruit
Late Collections:
We expect every child to be collected on time or prebooked for extended day care. If you have not collected by 3.30pm, your child will wait in extended day care for you to arrive. We will bill you for the first session of extended day care to cover this cost. Please note this is the same for 4.30pm collections. All children staying in the second session must be prebooked.
Our extended day care closes at 5.45pm promptly.
Parents of children who need 1:1 support in the school day, must first speak with the Inclusion Team or a member of the senior leadership team before booking a space for their child.
We reserve the right to refuse the use of this service for any pupil whose behaviour is not acceptable. The Head of School's decision is final in all circumstances regarding a child's attendance in this service.
School clubs are also clubs. When available, we can offer places to children outside of Colville. There is a 20% surcharge on the club fee for this service.
