Beat Under 18's Helpline

We are the UK’s eating disorder charity. Founded in 1989 as the Eating Disorders Association, our mission is to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders.

We offer an under 18s helpline, webchat and online support groups for people with eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia. If you call our Helpline you will speak to a trained support worker experienced in listening and talking to people in a similar situation to you. Our Helplines are open weekdays from 3pm-8pm.
