Breathing Space Mindfulness for Parents



WLAC (West London Action for Children) are offering a free 8 week Mindfulness Group online. 

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to whatever is happening in our lives and experiencing it in a non-judgemental way. It can help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings and help manage stress. 

Please note: This group is open to parents (of children 18 and under) on low income resident in RBKC. Please email team@wlac.org.uk for more information.
