Change4Life Mini Clubs (0-12 months)

For parents and carers with babies ages 0-12 months.
This club will consist of activities, discussion and play, as well as providing information on:
- Guide to weaning
- Tips for sleep routines, oral health and portion sizes
- Physical activity guidelines for babies and women after childbirth
Call to book a place.
There are currently two mini club programmes running in Kensington and Chelsea. Their dates, times and locations are as follows:
- Mondays, 3rd March - 31st March: 10am-11.30am at St. Cutherbert Children's Centre, Warwick Road, SW5 9UE
- Wednesdays, 5th of March - 2nd April: 10am-11.30am at Clare Gardens Children's Centre. 349 Westbourne Park Road, W11 1EG
