A programme of five weekly sessions for 0-4 year olds to attend together with parents/carers, co-facilitated with local partners across Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. Taking a whole-family approach by providing children and their parents/carers with the skills, knowledge and resources to eat well, sleep well, keep active, maintain a healthy weight and increase their emotional wellbeing. Focusing on simple, enjoyable and achievable ways families can include physical activity and healthier eating into their everyday lives.
