Get Set Go Youth Employability programme works with young people aged 16 – 25.
The programme is designed to be flexible and to take account of young people’s mental health needs. Over 12 sessions, Mind Get Set Go Support Coordinators work with individuals to:
- Explore education, employment and personal goals and ambitions
- Plan and progress steps towards achieving them
- Develop personal strategies for mental health and wellbeing, confidence and resilience building
Eligibility
- Individuals between 16 and 25 years who are resident or under the care of Kensington and Chelsea services
