The Bi-Borough Early Education and Childcare Service' responsibilities include:
- providing information and guidance to parents and families about Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster’s children’s services
- providing access to children’s centres to families in Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster
- raising the quality across early years provision
- ensuring the implementation of the early years foundation stage, including initiatives to improve outcomes of children at age five.
