Get healthy with MEND!

Mytime Active offers a range of fun, practical healthy lifestyle courses for residents in Westminster called MEND, which stands for Mind, Exercise, Nutrition…Do it! The courses feature lively, interactive sessions for children and families that offer sustainable and practical advice, guidance and tips on eating well and moving more.

All of Mytime Active’s courses are led by registered Nutritionists, Dietitians and Physical Activity Leaders who deliver fun, energetic games and nutrition sessions, which cover topics including label reading, portion sizes, meal planning and more.

The full range of courses includes:

  • MEND Mums – six-week courses for new mums with children aged up to two
  • MEND Mini – six-week courses for families with children aged two to four
  • MEND 5-7 and MEND 7-13 - 10- and 12-week courses for families that take place after school and at weekends
  • MEND Teens – 12-week courses for young adults aged 13 to 18 who can attend alone with consent
