Staying Connected provides one-to-one advice, support and guidance for young people and families, facing multiple challenges such as loneliness, isolation and food poverty
The group offers one-to-one/group support on a weekly basis, providing advice, mentoring and signposting to additional support services. It aims to combat loneliness and isolation and build a young persons confidence and self-esteem.
A Mentor and Munch drop-in session runs every Thursday, 4-7pm.
